Continuing on my One Piece kick, this is a slightly-belated pic of our dear Roronoa Zoro, future World's Greatest Swordsman, marimo, second strongest and unofficial first mate of the Straw Hat Pirates, and all around badass, in honor of his official birthday, November 11. X3
That's one thing that I love about One Piece. Almost all the characters have official birthdays because fans will write in with suggestions and Oda will agree, just like that. X3 And it's awesome.
So! November 11 is Zoro's official birthday, and that was yesterday. I got the sketch done yesterday, so it sort of counts, but then, I only realized it was his birthday at 11:30 at night with an academic team tournament the next day...X3 So it gets an honorable mention.
Excluding a few sketches to get the hang of him, this is the first Zoro pic I've done. ^^
Background is half-assed as always. X3
How his katanas are staying on him is a mystery...>.>
